Our founder, Capt. Olusegun Hakeem Olawoye, built De'mill on the same principles that guided his own career at sea and offshore: precision, safety, and unwavering integrity. Drawing on more than a decade of experience across dynamic positioning operations, offshore logistics, and international audit systems — gained working alongside global operators such as Saudi Aramco, ExxonMobil, and Chevron — he set out to create a firm that could offer Nigerian and international businesses the same standard of excellence he demanded of himself in the field.
Today, De'mill is a fast-rising firm in oil & gas brokerage, maritime consulting, finance, and ISO QHSE audit management, known for its professional ethos, trust-driven partnerships, and innovative operational models.
