Capt. Olusegun Hakeem Olawoye is the Founder and Principal Consultant of De'mill Integrated Services Limited. A certified Master Mariner with over a decade of experience, he has led complex offshore operations for global energy giants including Saudi Aramco, ExxonMobil, TotalEnergies, First E&P, Chevron, and Seadrill.
He uniquely bridges elite offshore execution with corporate financial strategy. He holds an MBA in Banking and Finance and is pursuing his Associate Chartered Stockbroker (ACS) designation — positioning De'mill at the intersection of operational excellence and financial strategy.

Usman Ishaq Haruna
Business Consultant & Trade Finance Expert
Usman Ishaq Haruna is a results-driven business consultant and trade finance expert with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He specializes in structuring financial solutions that enable smooth local and international trade and investment.
His core strengths include trade finance, project financing, logistics outsourcing, and financial instruments such as Bank Guarantees (BGs), Bonds, and Standby Letters of Credit (SBLCs) under URDG and ISP98 frameworks.

Olayinka Israel Olawoye is a licensed pharmacist and healthcare quality professional whose career is defined by clinical excellence, ethical practice, and a strong commitment to advancing public health. A graduate of the University of Ilorin, he has built solid expertise in pharmacology, therapeutics, and pharmaceutical sciences.
He has served in both community and clinical pharmacy roles, with focus on medicines optimization, regulatory compliance, pharmaceutical logistics, and medication safety. He is affiliated with the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) and the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP).
